PLEASE READ THIS END USER LICENSE AGREEMENT (“AGREEMENT”) CAREFULLY BEFORE USING PROFEZAC LLC’S (“PROFEZAC”, “WE”, “US”, “OUR”) MOBILE APPLICATION (THE “APP”). BY USING THE APP, YOU ARE AGREEING TO BE BOUND BY THE TERMS OF THIS AGREEMENT.
- License Profezac grants you a revocable, non-exclusive, non-transferable, limited license to download, install and use the App solely for your personal, non-commercial purposes strictly in accordance with the terms of this Agreement.
- Subscriptions The App offers subscription services. The subscription prices are $5.99 for a monthly subscription, $24.99 for a six-month subscription, and $44.99 for a year-long subscription. All payments for subscriptions to the App will be administered through the Apple Store. Upon the confirmation of your purchase, the payment will be charged to your Apple ID account. All subscriptions will automatically renew unless it is canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. Your Apple ID account will be charged for renewal within 24 hours before the end of the current period. You can manage and cancel your subscriptions by going to your account settings on the App Store after purchase.
- Restrictions You agree not to, and you will not permit others to license, sell, rent, lease, assign, distribute, transmit, host, outsource, disclose or otherwise commercially exploit the App or make the App available to any third party.
- Intellectual Property Rights The App, including all copyrights, patents, trademarks, trade secrets and other intellectual property rights are, and shall remain, the sole and exclusive property of Profezac.
- Termination Profezac may, in its sole discretion, at any time and for any or no reason, suspend or terminate this Agreement with or without prior notice. This Agreement will terminate immediately, without prior notice from Profezac, in the event that you fail to comply with any provision of this Agreement.
- Amendments to this Agreement Profezac reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to modify or replace this Agreement at any time. If a revision is material we will provide at least 30 days’ notice prior to any new terms taking effect.
